These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Peppy mobile application ("App") provided by Umbrella Projects, Inc. ("Umbrella Projects," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Peppy is a personal medication and wellness journal for record-keeping and reminders. The App helps you log doses, track injection sites, record daily check-ins, and view trends you enter yourself.
Peppy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not recommend doses, protocols, or medication changes. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Peppy offers a free tier with core tracking features, a 7-day full-access trial that begins when you save your first entry (no payment card required), and optional Premium subscriptions.
After the trial ends without a subscription, Premium features lock and the free tier continues. Core features such as dose logging, reminders, site rotation, basic daily log, weight trend chart, and CSV export remain available on the free tier as described in the App.
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Available plans:

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Umbrella Projects, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Reminders and notifications are aids only. You remain responsible for taking medications as directed by your healthcare provider.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UMBRELLA PROJECTS, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umbrella Projects, Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms or the App from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App where required by law or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
